We are a startup-y industry and momentous shifts in overall operational strategy as well as M&A have made it a challenge to understand what tools are required into the future. There are also so many tools out there it's challenging to navigate and Proc seen as a cost remover so asking for investment requires first proving value anew to revolving door of exec leadership.
