Here are 4 steps to becoming a procurement content creator
Step 1: Define your niche and target audience
This sounds gross and too much like marketing, but it’s true.
My content is aimed at millennial procurement pros who want to utilise digital procurement as a way of life. Other people outside of this target audience will still benefit from my content. But a lot of people will hate what I share.
That’s okay with me.
Perhaps you want to create a community or network of senior procurement professionals. Every piece of content you create should talk to that person. Tom Mills does an incredible job of this with his Procurement Bites substack.
