Apple Fired its VP of Procurement after Daniel Mac’s TikTok video goes Viral

Daniel Mac is one of the most famous TikTok superstars with his series where he asks rich people how they got their car. The answers are always varied, some fun, some serious, some career ending.

Tony Blevins, VP of Procurement at Apple and one of Tim Cook’s direct reports was asked my Daniel Mac what he does to afford a half a million dollar car. Tony Blevins responded:

“I have rich cars, play golf and fondle big-breasted women, but I take weekends and major holidays off. If you’re interested, I’ve got a hell of a dental plan.”

The question here is - is this enough to lose your job or was it just a joke taken too far?
